This Thursday and Friday, March 4 & 5, 2021, the New York City Bar will be hosting the 7th Annual Employment Law Institute. Schwartz Perry & Heller LLP Partner Brian Heller, a member of the City Bar’s Employment Law Committee, will be speaking on the first panel of the Institute at 9:00 am on Thursday, which is titled, “COVID-19 & Workplace Accommodation Considerations.” The panel will be full of useful information on this cutting edge topic. Brian has participated in the Institute the prior two years, speaking on arbitration of employment claims and leading a panel on age discrimination.
